How Strength Training Builds Confidence (Without You Realising It)

Confidence is something a lot of people chase.

It was the fact that I had done something difficult — and stuck with it.

Every workout is a decision.

You either show up — or you don’t.

And every time you do, you reinforce something important:

“I follow through”

That matters more than it seems.

Because confidence is built on trust.
